If the part experiences an obvious manufacturing defect or fails during its intended use under normal conditions, I will replace it at no cost to you. I am not responsible for any damage to vehicles, equipment, property, or other items resulting from the installation, use, misuse, modification, or failure of this product, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. I am not responsible for damage caused during installation, improper installation, misuse, abuse, accidents, or events outside my control (including natural disasters or other force majeure events).
