By proceeding with your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

3D-Printed Character: This is a custom 3D-printed automotive product. Due to the additive manufacturing process, minor cosmetic variations, visible layer lines, and minor dimensional differences are normal, expected, and inherent to the process.
Intended Use: This product is designed and intended solely for the specific vehicle applications detailed in the product description. Installation and use are strictly at your own risk. For show use only.

Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to place an order.
Personal & Custom Use Only: All designs, products, and media are protected by copyright and intellectual property rights. Purchases are for end-user installation only. Unauthorized resale, commercial exploitation, redistribution, mold-making, reverse engineering, or scanning of these designs is strictly prohibited.

Order Approval: We reserve the right to review, approve, or cancel any order at our discretion prior to fulfillment.
Operating Hours & Communication: We operate as a hands-on, specialized shop. Customer inquiries are handled Monday through Friday during normal business hours. Please allow 1 to 2 business days for a response to support inquiries.
Pricing & Typographical Errors: In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a system glitch or typographical error, we reserve the right to cancel or refund any orders placed at the incorrect price prior to shipment, even if the order has been confirmed and paid.

Design Approval: For custom, pre-order, or tailored components, specifications must be reviewed and approved prior to production. Once a custom design or mock-up is approved by the buyer, any subsequent design changes, additions, or modifications will incur additional fees and reset the production timeline.

Quality Guarantee: We stand behind the quality of our work. If a part experiences an obvious manufacturing defect or fails during its intended use under normal operating conditions, it will be replaced at no additional cost.
Exclusions from Coverage: We are not responsible for damage caused by improper installation, overtightening, unauthorized modification, misuse, off-road accidents, or extreme external conditions.
Property Liability Disclaimer: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damage to vehicles, equipment, surrounding property, or personal items resulting from the installation, use, misuse, or failure of this product.
Force Majeure & Supply Disruptions: In cases of severe supply chain delays, shipping disasters, or events beyond our reasonable control, we will communicate production updates directly via email or official shop updates.

All Sales Final: Due to the custom, small-batch, or made-to-order nature of these parts, all sales are final. No cash, credit card or PayPal refunds will be issued.
Sole Remedy: Replacement of the defective or lost component is the sole remedy offered.
Lost or Damaged in Transit: If a package is lost or damaged during transit, replacement parts will be dispatched once non-delivery or damage is verified through shipping carrier tracking records.

Professional Conduct: We value respectful, direct communication with our customers. We reserve the right to decline service, cancel pending orders, or block future purchases from individuals who engage in abusive, harassing, or dishonest behavior toward our team.

Wholesale & Licensing: Wholesale orders, bulk purchasing, or commercial usage rights are handled separately from standard retail purchases. Qualified trade or commercial buyers must request a formal wholesale agreement prior to placing orders.
