OBS Step Brothers 3D-Printed Fog Light Shrouds

The "Factory-Plus" Detail GM Missed.

GM left a massive, awkward gap around the fog lights—and running lights that poke out past the valance just ruin the clean lines you've worked so hard to create.

We fixed it.

Engineered specifically for lowered GMT400s—from classic static drops and street-slammed sport trucks to full custom builds—these shrouds tuck your fog lights neatly behind the valance where they belong, completely sealing that unsightly gap. The light orientation is locked in a fixed position to deliver the cleanest aesthetic possible while maximizing light output down the asphalt.

This isn't brittle, cheap desktop plastic. We industrial-3D print these using high-temp ABS/ASA infused with glass and carbon fiber. They are lightweight, UV-resistant, and rigorously tested to take the punishment of low-slung, daily driving—potholes, road debris, and heat included.

Don't let your vision get derailed by unfinished factory details. Complete the build.

Key Highlights

  • Tucked & Clean Fitment: Pulls the fog light behind the front valance for a flush, aggressive finish and zero gap.

  • Industrial Material Construction: 3D-printed from glass/carbon fiber-infused ABS/ASA for maximum durability, impact resistance, and heat tolerance.
